On the auspicious occasion of Diwali, Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority has launched a new industrial plots scheme for 450 sq mtr size onwards in Ecotech 6.

- 450 mtrs -> 7 plots

- 1000 mtrs -> 50 plots

- 2000 mtrs -> 27 plots

All plots upto 2,000 sqmtr are under draw, rate @ Rs. 15,620/- per sqmtr

- 5 acres (6 plots) and 10 acre (1 plot) at Ecotech 1 under interview
